Taking the first step toward therapy is both courageous and important. I'm Dr. Jared Dinehart, a licensed psychologist committed to helping you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
My approach centers on getting things right from the start—working collaboratively with you to build the foundation for genuine healing and personal growth.
With licenses in Arizona, Alabama, and Utah, I bring extensive training and experience to support you through life's challenges. I hold a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Brigham Young University and have specialized training in couples therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma recovery, and addressing complex mental health concerns. My experience spans university counseling centers, disability services, and clinical leadership roles, giving me a comprehensive understanding of mental health from multiple perspectives.
My philosophy is simple: you deserve a safe, supportive environment where evidence-based treatments meet genuine care. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, processing trauma, working through depression or anxiety, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you with respect, professionalism, and hope.
Therapy isn't just about addressing what's difficult—it's about discovering your strengths, building resilience, and creating the life you want to live. I believe in your capacity for healing and growth, and I'm honored to be part of that journey with you.
My rate is $200 per intake session + $200 per regular session
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're dealing with immediate concerns or seeking long-term personal growth, I'm here to provide the professional support and guidance you deserve.
I understand that reaching out for help takes courage, and I'm committed to making that process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. From our initial conversation to each session that follows, you'll find a space designed for healing, growth, and genuine progress.
Your well-being matters. The tools and insights we develop together in therapy can create positive changes that extend far beyond our sessions—into your daily life, your relationships, and your future.
I invite you to reach out today. Whether you have questions about my approach, want to discuss how therapy might help your specific situation, or are ready to schedule your first appointment, I'm here to help you take that next important step.
