I provide trauma-informed support for law enforcement, first responders and veterans experiencing cumulative stress, critical incidents, or operational strain. I use EMDR and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, along with practical resiliency and grounding strategies, to help clients process difficult events, strengthen coping skills, and maintain readiness on and off the job. My approach is straightforward, confidential, and focused on restoring balance, improving mental preparedness, and supporting long-term wellness through realistic, sustainable self-care.
My rate is $390 per intake session + $345 per regular session
I am dedicated to assisting you in creating and maintaining your corner posts in life through collaborative and compassionate counseling.
