My intro ...I provide person centered treatment approach. I offer evaluation, diagnosis, prescribed medication and medication monitoring as well as alternative therapies and natural treatment options. My office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm to 9pm. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available upon request. At this time all appointments are virtual either video or phone. I accept the following insurance company's Aetna, Meridian, Cigna, Evernorth, United health care, Humana, Medicaid(NJ Family Care) of new jersey, Medicare, Optum, horizon BCBS, NJ Health.
My rate is $300 per intake session + $125 per regular session and I offer a sliding scale
In closing ...I offer treatment, medication monitoring and psychotherapy for ADD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Every person is given individualized care to meet their specific needs. I educate my clients so they can make informative decisions regarding their treatment plan.
