Hi, I’m Shea - a licensed clinical social worker Associate! I know what it’s like to just be human, to mess up, learn, feel all the emotions, AND try to figure life out. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults (ages 5– 30) and use approaches like Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques. My goal in therapy is to be someone you can rely on, someone who listens without judgment, supports you when things feel hard, and isn’t afraid to have honest, sometimes tough conversations that can help you grow.

My rate is $120 per intake session + $100 per regular session

I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you can be your authentic self, even if it’s just for one hour a week. I come humbly, curious and ready to learn alongside you, and I hope to help you feel truly seen, and supported as you navigate your journey.
