I believe that Individuals and couples have the strength within themselves to grow toward better lives, but they need to learn new ways of responding and resolving problems. I conduct therapy in a manner that enables Individuals to understand relationship patterns, feel supported as they learn to use new communication skills, and improve self-awareness to achieve better functioning and enhance their lives.
My rate is $225 per intake session + $170 per regular session and I offer a sliding scale
