Thinking about Therapy?

My intro ... When working with people I find that we are often expressing our feelings when acting in ways that we can experience as mysterious or even incorrigible. We can get stuck in unhealthy patterns we don't understand but continue to repeat. I believe if we can look inside and discover the intentions behind our actions and meet the underlying needs, we will be able to find resolution and healing, which leads to closer and stronger relationships with ourselves and others. In order to do this work, we first need to create a sense of safety and unconditional regard. I believe all people are loving at the core, and completely capable of healing.

My rate is $200 per intake session + $175 per regular session and I offer a sliding scale

In closing ...In my own path of healing, I have had to learn how to love the darkest parts of myself, and am blessed to walk with others as they discover this possibility as well.

And ...I love working in the context of the bigger picture of the family and ancestral patterns and how that affects us each individually. I work with both individuals and families, depending on the needs of each client.
