I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the Lehigh Valley area. My specialties include individual teletherapy and individual wellness coaching services. I enjoy supporting the working adult experiencing stress, anxiety and work life balance struggles. In addition, I love helping parents with parenting and behavior management problems, and the ups and downs that come with raising a family. I find joy in partnering with my clients and joining them on their journeys towards a more fulfilling life. With over twenty years of counseling experience, married and having raised two awesome adult children, I utilizes a positive, strength-focused, client directed approach, applying concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am interested in the interplay between one's physical health and emotional life. Work experiences include conducting drug and alcohol assessments and acting as both Clinical Director and Family Therapist for an adolescent inpatient and an intensive outpatient treatment program. I am a National Certified Counselor and is a certified instructor in Safe Crisis Management. I have had the pleasure of providing clinical supervision for other counselors, and post graduates students working towards their professional counselor license. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time walking my mini-australian shepherd, Luna, and helping her maintain her obsession with frisbees! My rate is $150 per intake session + $120 per regular session

It benefits the individual not able to drive to an office. It may be a convenient option for people with disabilities. Some insurance plans may cover session. Some People worry about the stigma of in-office counseling. Some clients may be concerned people they know will see them enter or leave the on site session. Some clients may be more comfortable and open while at home. 30 Minute sessions are available. Some clients may view teletherapy as offering more privacy.
