Welcome! You’re at the right door: The door to better health! Through here, I can help you manage your anxiety, moods, and substance use. I earned a PhD from UCLA’s clinical psychology program, and worked as a clinical psychology fellow at Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute and Zuckerberg General Hospital in San Francisco. I am Puerto Rican, and I use she/her pronouns; hablo espanol. There is both a free 15 minute phone call, and the initial session is not billed. I offer a special rate for college students, and I offer a sliding scale.

My rate is $90 per intake session + $90 per regular session and I offer a sliding scale

I’ve worked with many different people including college students and young adults, teens, people struggling with loss, grief, and end-of-life issues, law enforcement/first responders, trans people and other people in the LGBTIQ+ communities. In our work together, we can use guided relaxation, question and change the beliefs and thinking habits that sabotage your wellness and success, and work on writing a new story to help you better cope with past trauma.
