Practice Success Specialist

CarePaths is looking for an organized, client focused, individual to join our REMOTE Practice Success team.

CarePaths is a digital health company on a mission since 2000 to improve the quality of Mental Health. We are therapist centric and provide a 360 degree cloud based EHR (ONC Certified) and Practice Management solution for Behavioral Health serving group and private practices across all 50 states.

We are looking for a new Practice Success team member who’s empathetic, patient, and a great communicator.

Duties:

  • -Learn the workflows within CarePaths EHR
  • -Assist clients with over the phone and written support
  • -Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • -Facilitate online training sessions with client
  • -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • -Troubleshoot billing / claims issues
  • -Introduce and onboard trial users
  • -Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • -Communicate issues found in the in the software to development team
  • -Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • -Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • -Track record of over-achieving quota
  • -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • -Familiarity with Ticketing systems and CRM systems and practices
  • -Familiarity with Medical Billing and Insurance
  • -Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • -Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • -High school diploma
