Carepaths, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for our new online therapy product, a platform for delivery of messaging and video therapy by behavioral health clinicians to clients recruited by the website. This product is being rolled out in test markets this month. Product Manager will have overall responsibility for this product and collaborate with marketing, development, customer support, finance and quality management, to ensure its success. Product manager will also participate in oversight of other CarePaths products, including it’s EHR product.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with the product line’s components and its potential impact on the market as a whole
- Evaluate market competition and position the product so that it appeals to providers and customers
- Oversee digital marketing strategy
- Monitor product performance and identify design changes needed
- Work with developers to implement product changes
- Work with support department to ensure good service to providers and customers
- Monitor financial performance and fine-tune pricing model and provider reimbursement as needed
- Oversee growth, credentialing and management of provider network
Qualifications
- General understanding of behavioral health industry is a plus
- Management experience in behavioral health or medical care delivery
- Comfortable working with software
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing a plus
- General management skills
