Measurement Based Care
Measurement-Based Care is the routine assessment of patients’ responses to treatment so the therapist can fine-tune therapy.
Measurement-Based Care has been shown to increase patient engagement and improve clinical outcomes.
Measurement-Based Care is recommended as an evidence-based practice by the American Psychological Association and the American Psychiatric Association.
Despite the benefits of Measurement-Based Care, less than 20% of therapists use it because it is burdensome to implement.
CarePaths Connect makes Measurement-Based Care practical by automatically collecting patient data.
